We offer a quarterly newsletter written by our black belts and students for the enjoyment of our students, those who want to learn more about the martial arts and the general public. In the newsletter it will focus on martial arts history and philosophy, fitness tips, current dojo events, and local events that pertain to the martial arts and Japanese culture. It will also contain for the current martial artist steps and tips on how to improve your techniques.
